Hi, I'm Kelsey Johnson, owner of Embark Property Management, LLC. Hospitality has been at the heart of my career for more than 13 years. I've always believed that the smallest details often create the biggest impact, whether that's anticipating a guest's needs, creating a welcoming space, or making someone feel genuinely cared for. That passion is what eventually led me to the world of short-term rentals.
I quickly realized that a successful vacation rental is much more than simply providing a place to stay. It's about creating an experience that guests remember long after they leave. It's also about helping homeowners maximize one of their biggest investments without the stress of managing it themselves.
I founded Embark Property Management to bring together my love of hospitality, thoughtful design, and excellent customer service. Based in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, I work with homeowners and investors who want their properties to stand out in an increasingly competitive market. I stay current with industry trends, market data, and best practices because I believe every decision, from pricing strategy to guest communication, should be intentional.
